About the role
- Manage and optimize HiBob, Greenhouse, and related tools
- Ensure data integrity, security, and system performance
- Drive adoption and continuous improvement
- Design scalable workflows across hiring, onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding
- Automate processes using Power Automate and native tools to reduce manual work
- Own integrations across HR, Finance, and IT systems (e.g., payroll, NetSuite)
- Manage APIs and data flows to maintain a single source of truth
- Build Power BI dashboards for workforce insights
- Track key metrics (hiring, headcount, attrition, performance)
- Deliver actionable insights to leadership
- Translate business needs into scalable system solutions
- Establish global standards while supporting local flexibility
Requirements
- 4–7+ years in HRIS / People Systems roles
- Experience with HiBob (or similar HRIS) and Greenhouse (or ATS)
- Strong skills in SharePoint, Power BI, and workflow automation
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and data pipelines
- Proficiency in Excel; SQL preferred
- Strong problem-solving and system-thinking mindset
