About the role
- Salesforce Infrastructure: Contribute in working cross-functionally in ensuring our CRM is the central source of truth for our sales team.

Requirements
- 5+ Years RevOps Experience: Must have experience in a high-growth startup environment.
- Salesforce Administrator Certified: Deep technical expertise in SFDC architecture, flows, and validation rules.
- Analytical Rigor: Expert in Excel/SQL.
- Cross-Functional Diplomat: Ability to tell a Sales Director "No" when the data doesn't support their request.
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 4-year degree in a related field.
