About the role

  • Lead, manage, and support a team of scheduling associates to ensure high performance and efficiency
  • Oversee daily scheduling operations, ensuring accurate and timely coordination between clinical teams and caregivers
  • Coordinate key workflows including SOC (Start of Care), recertifications, and ongoing scheduling needs
  • Train, coach, and develop team members to improve performance and maintain quality standards
  • Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance scheduling efficiency and accuracy
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor team performance, KPIs, and scheduling outcomes to drive operational excellence

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare, or 2+ years of leadership experience in healthcare scheduling
  • Strong experience managing or leading teams in an operations or scheduling environment
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Excel
  • Background in healthcare, BPO, or technology-driven operations
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Comfortable with:
  • - Internal team communication
  • - Cross-functional collaboration
  • - Written communication (email, documentation)
  • Nice-to-have:
  • - Experience working with EMR/EHR systems
  • - Clinical background or exposure to healthcare delivery environments
  • - Prior experience in healthcare operations is a strong advantage
