- Lead and direct clinical operations within the home health sector
- Manage daily clinical operations, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations
- Collaborate with executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives

Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s in Nursing (MSN) preferred
- Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey, with multi-state/compact state eligibility if applicable
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a clinical setting
- Must reside in New Jersey with a valid driver’s license
- Effective communication and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
