About the role

  • Manage patient documents and ensure timely, accurate distribution of medical records.
  • Serve as the primary contact for communication with healthcare providers, hospitals, and medical facilities.
  • Request and follow up on medical records, diagnostic reports, and imaging studies via calls and emails.
  • Support families in scheduling visits and coordinating care delivery processes.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills; strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organization.
  • Communication is critical for this role, which involves extensive follow-up, tracking, coordination, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Medical Records Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in analysis, administrative, or operations roles (e.g., Care Delivery Administrator, Operations Analyst/Specialist, Care or Service Coordinator).
  • Experience in Medical Billing, Medical Payroll Processing, and QA is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to solve problems creatively.
  • Commitment to going above and beyond for families.
  • Comfortable managing dynamic responsibilities and providing cross-functional support.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, with hands-on experience using Google Drive and other cloud-based tools.
