About the role
- Drive development and implementation of automation and analytics solutions to streamline FP&A processes and enhance EMEA decision-making support
- Develop and implement automation solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity within the Finance team
- Design and implement automation solutions to streamline reporting and planning processes
- Deliver timely and accurate actuals reporting and variance analysis
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles
- Prepare EMEA management reports and consolidations
- Support Marketing with financial insights and analysis
- Review and evaluate analytics methods to ensure consistency and data integrity across tools (HFM, SAP, BO, Dodeca, Power BI)
- Translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
- Lead and participate in ad-hoc projects as requested by management
Requirements
- University degree in Applied Economics, Finance, Data Science, or related field
- MBA or analytics certification is a plus
- 3–4 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or data analytics
- Strong understanding of FP&A processes and strategic planning
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in tools like Power BI, SQL, Python, R, SAP, BO, Dodeca, HFM
- Experience with automation tools and data visualization
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced, multinational environment
- Fluent in English
