About the role
- Presenting and promoting the innovative FreeStyle Libre glucose product portfolio
- Strategic analysis of assigned accounts within the territory and development of the sales strategy
- Expanding and retaining existing customer relationships through regular customer visits
- Continuous market and competitor monitoring
- Reporting via the CRM system and deriving appropriate sales actions
- Close collaboration with Medical, Market Access and Marketing
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Natural Sciences, or a comparable qualification
- Ideally, initial field sales experience with a medical technology, pharmaceutical, or FMCG company
- Analytical thinking and the ability to develop actionable sales initiatives
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of digital applications and processes
- Very good command of German and English
