Lead planning, coordination, and execution of IT projects including deployments, upgrades, remediation, and Microsoft Evergreen initiatives
Manage project roadmaps, timelines, risks, budgets, and status reporting
Provide technical project management across application and infrastructure environments
Support application administration, configuration, access management, and ServiceNow incident/request/change management
Gather, document, and manage business and technical requirements
Analyze, configure, test, and implement system enhancements following change-control processes
Support system validation activities and ensure compliance with quality, corporate, and regulatory standards
Maintain application documentation and licensing frameworks (e.g., FLEXlm)
Deliver technical expertise for application implementations and cross-functional initiatives
Communicate effectively with business partners and IT teams to drive alignment and timely decision-making
Influence cross-functional teams and contribute to continuous improvement efforts

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3–5+ years of experience leading IT projects or programs from initiation through closure
Demonstrated ownership of project planning, requirements gathering, risk management, change control, and status reporting
Experience influencing cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment without direct authority
Proven ability to present project status, risks, and recommendations to business and IT leadership
Experience managing multiple initiatives in a geographically distributed organization
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (incidents, requests, changes)
Knowledge of Windows hardware, operating systems, and associated infrastructure
Ability to meet on-site attendance expectations per current policy
