About the role
- Responsible for assigned region with considerable latitude in decision-making
- Implementation of strategy, scope, process, and programs to promote customer satisfaction and drive sales
- Management and development of reporting staff; mentor others as appropriate
- Communicate organizational vision and strategy for Field Support Services organization
- Ensure efficient and effective implementation cycle management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Medical Technology, Nursing, Respiratory Therapy, or a related field of study
- Typically requires 7+ years of project management experience in the healthcare industry
- 3 years of direct management experience required with experience in hiring, performance management, performance evaluation, goal setting, and budget accountability
- Background of success in value-based, solution selling healthcare implementations
- Ability to influence and lead both with and without direct authority
- Executive-level business and financial acumen with strong negotiation skills
- Ability to form and develop long-term strategic relationships
