About the role

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive adoption of Abbott Point of Care solutions.
  • Maximize market share and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Promote Abbott Point of Care diagnostic solutions to various departments (cardiology, intensive care, emergency, critical care, etc.).
  • Drive growth and profitability in the assigned territory by developing and executing a robust territory action plan.
  • Identify, acquire and manage key accounts leveraging approved marketing and application resources.
  • Maximize solution adoption and conversion of new accounts in line with territory objectives and marketing strategies.
  • Ensure successful launches of new products and the development of existing customers according to targeting and prioritization plans.
  • Oversee the entire post-sales cycle: implementation, training and customer follow-up.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and local champions within the defined territory.
  • Ensure accurate and regular reporting of all commercial activities in the CRM.

Requirements

  • University degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven sales experience in the healthcare sector (medical devices, in vitro diagnostics).
  • Strong command of complex sales processes and tenders involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational and priority-management skills.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.
