About the role
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive adoption of Abbott Point of Care solutions.
- Maximize market share while ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Promote Abbott Point of Care diagnostic solutions across various clinical departments.
- Drive growth and profitability within the assigned territory.
- Identify, acquire and manage key accounts.
- Maximize solution adoption and convert new accounts.
Requirements
- University degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven sales experience in the healthcare sector (medical devices, in vitro diagnostics).
- Proficiency in complex sales processes and managing tenders involving multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.
