About the role
- Responsible for implementing complex/critical IT architecture and configurations
- Work with technical staff to integrate complex IT infrastructure
- Act as an enabler and address systems integration and compatibility issues
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to improve efficiency
- Utilize Microsoft Graph to manage messaging infrastructure
- Understand and manage mail flow with Microsoft Exchange and EOP
- Design, implement, manage, and monitor retention policies
- Provide guidance and coaching to junior staff
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of IT experience with Fortune 500 companies
- Managing environments with 5,000+ nodes
- Expertise in Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft 365, and related technologies
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Graph and Exchange API
- Proven experience with PowerShell scripting in an M365 environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Purview, Teams, and Proofpoint
- Experience migrating email environments during M&A’s
- Understanding of networking and security principles as they relate to messaging systems
