About the role

  • Manage a defined portfolio of laboratory clients remotely, with primary responsibility for customers in Norway and Denmark
  • Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Act as the main point of contact for inquiries, orders, and support requests
  • Collaborate with internal teams (service, field sales, order management) to ensure smooth operations
  • Identify opportunities to expand Abbott’s solutions and improve customer efficiency

Requirements

  • A good level of Norwegian, Danish, and English
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Interest in sales and customer success
  • Experience in inside sales or customer support is a plus
  • Background in Life Sciences, Medical Technology, or similar fields is an advantage
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and Microsoft Office
