About the role
- Manage a defined portfolio of laboratory clients remotely, with primary responsibility for customers in Norway and Denmark
- Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Act as the main point of contact for inquiries, orders, and support requests
- Collaborate with internal teams (service, field sales, order management) to ensure smooth operations
- Identify opportunities to expand Abbott’s solutions and improve customer efficiency
- Monitor account performance and take action to maintain high customer satisfaction (NPS)
- Support field teams with quotations and backlog management
Requirements
- A good level of Norwegian, Danish, and English
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Interest in sales and customer success
- Experience in inside sales or customer support is a plus
- Background in Life Sciences, Medical Technology, or similar fields is an advantage
- Comfortable using CRM tools and Microsoft Office
