About the role
- Offers engineering, sales, educational, and technical support to address field inquiries
- Acts as a clinical interface between the medical community and the business
- Builds and sustains credible business relationships with customers
- Provides clinical support in response to inquiries
- Demonstrates thorough command of all CRM products
- Develops and facilitates trainings on CRM products to healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or four years of relevant work experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years of successful sales or related business experience in the medical device industry
- Well organized and capable of juggling multiple projects
- Excellent personal computer skills including MS Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse environment
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
