About the role
- Execute strategic sourcing initiatives and manage supplier relationships
- Support cross-divisional procurement activities
- Analyze solutions to mitigate supply constraints
- Develop and execute category strategies
- Create and execute RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs for supplier engagement
- Drive measurable savings outcomes and continuous improvement initiatives
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or Finance
- 2–4 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or relevant engineering roles
- CPM or equivalent certification (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in spreadsheet programs and data analysis tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to influence and network across interdisciplinary and intercultural teams
- Experience with PowerBI and contracting (SOW) (preferred)
