About the role
- Provide support on business development initiatives to expand precious metals business, including the addition of new products and services.
- Manage end‑to‑end client onboarding, serving as the primary point of contact and coordinating internally to resolve any blockers or issues.
- Engage with clients on pricing and market updates, supporting efforts to attract trading volume and strengthen client relationships.
- Develop and prepare compelling pitch decks and comprehensive documentation for external clients, partners, and internal leadership.
- Assist in executing daily operational tasks, including trade processing, inventory tracking, and customer inquiries.
- Support system testing and troubleshooting to ensure smooth functionality of operational tools and platforms.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with proven ability to take initiative and responsibility for tasks.
