Support Engineer

• Provide support on business development initiatives to expand precious metals business, including the addition of new products and services.
• Manage end‑to‑end client onboarding, serving as the primary point of contact and coordinating internally to resolve any blockers or issues.
• Engage with clients on pricing and market updates, supporting efforts to attract trading volume and strengthen client relationships.
• Develop and prepare compelling pitch decks and comprehensive documentation for external clients, partners, and internal leadership.
• Assist in executing daily operational tasks, including trade processing, inventory tracking, and customer inquiries.
• Support system testing and troubleshooting to ensure smooth functionality of operational tools and platforms.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Commercial & Operations Support Analyst – Precious Metals

Business Development Rep

• Define and execute the exchange’s precious metals growth strategy for gold and silver derivatives, with a focus on Asia-Pacific markets.
• Identify structural inefficiencies in existing OTC precious metals markets and design exchange-based solutions to improve transparency, capital efficiency, and risk management.
• Lead initiatives to migrate trading flows from OTC spot and forwards into standardized, cleared derivatives products.
• Develop and manage senior-level relationships with bullion banks, producers, refiners, traders, vault operators, logistics providers, and institutional investors.
• Drive sales, onboarding, and activation of new participants across futures, options, and physically deliverable contracts.
• Work closely with liquidity providers and market makers to support sustainable order book depth and tight spreads.
• Act as a subject-matter expert for clients on product design, contract specifications, delivery mechanisms, and margining.
• Collaborate with clearing, operations, and technology teams to ensure robust and scalable post-trade processes.
