Act as the face representing Abarca to clients; identify, respond proactively, and triage client issues
Provide support within Client Services Team managing operational calls, agenda development, key client meetings, and capturing action items
Follow up pending topics and coordinate with other business areas to provide resolutions
Support and identify special projects and process improvement opportunities; manage and document project tasks
Serve as first-tier support for Darwin users, understanding platform logic, functionality, and client benefit rules
Oversee SLAs, ensure client change requests are submitted through CRM and confirmed within agreed times
Maintain and track CRM deliverables for assigned areas/clients; use dashboards and reports to track SLAs and report to Client Advisors
Prepare and/or request client reports from other operational departments
Generate and analyze reports to make recommendations and proactively identify output issues
Conduct user-acceptance testing on system enhancements and document/communicate test results if requested
Requirements
Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Math, Computer Systems, or a related field (In lieu of a degree, equivalent relevant work experience may be considered.)
1+ year of experience as account manager or related position
Project coordination experience
Experience in handling client relations with attention to detail and customer service skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Availability to work in a specified time zone or working schedule to accommodate clients and team members
May require availability for on-call hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities
Sedentary work primarily involving sitting/standing
Familiarity with Darwin platform logic and functionality and client benefit rules (first-tier support)
Experience with SLA oversight, CRM deliverables, dashboards, and reporting
Ability to generate and analyze reports and identify output issues
Experience conducting user-acceptance testing on system enhancements
Nice to have: Experience with PBM, Health Care, and Insurance
