About the role

  • Investigate and close deviations, manage complaints
  • Support the development and operation of the quality management system
  • Review and correct production documentations
  • Find solutions to problems arising in the production and warehouse areas in cooperation with the corresponding departments, as well as the Qualified Persons and Responsible Persons of the company
  • Manage QA-related databases and documentation
  • Collaborate daily with local and international colleagues (QPs, RPs, departments)
  • Evaluate transport temperature excursions and prepare risk analyses
  • Initiate corrective and preventive actions and proposing their implementation in the documentation system
  • Communicate new operational procedures at site/company level, and provide related trainings
  • Support audits, inspections and change control processes
  • Prepare reports and statistics for QA management (QMR)

Requirements

  • At least Bachelor’s degree in the field of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics)
  • 1 or 2 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry or similar position
  • Solid English skills, both written and spoken (intermediate level required)
  • Experience in a GxP-regulated environment is a plus
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Openness to learning and adapting in a dynamic environment
  • Strong time management skills and commitment to meeting deadlines
  • Attention to detail and a structured, consistent approach to work
