Work with our biggest advertisers in the EMEA region to understand their marketing challenges and serve as a trusted advisor.
Coordinate internal efforts across Analyst, Creative, Product, Data Science, and Engineering to deliver against customer goals.
Deliver revenue goals for the region, increase share of customer wallet, and uplevel relationships with customer leadership.
Plan and deliver strategic QBRs, including growth strategies and forward-looking opportunities.
Collaborate with Sales to onboard new customers, ensuring smooth transitions and platform/tool guidance.
Monitor performance metrics, proactively identify opportunities for optimization and growth, and present comprehensive performance reports to customers.
Utilize data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making and improve campaign outcomes.
Develop customer success plans outlining critical success factors and metrics and leverage Aarki’s resources.
Share client wins and learnings with the organization, create case study pipeline, and funnel product feedback to influence the roadmap.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, advising customers in the competitive gaming landscape.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in customer success within the AdTech industry.
Understand the mobile ecosystem, the customers business (gaming and non-gaming), and how demand side platforms operate.
Builder mindset; This is not just a CSM role.
Excellent customer relationship management skills with the ability to build trust and influence key stakeholders.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Works well with internal stakeholders across ad-ops/analysts, product and engineering.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
