Director

• Lead supplier quality performance with accountability for key metrics including incoming defects (PPM), supplier corrective action cycle time, supplier on-time responsiveness, and supplier-related Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ)
• Partner directly with the Supply Chain team to develop and execute supplier quality strategies across the supply base, including supplier segmentation, risk assessment, and development plans for critical and high-risk suppliers, aligned with Category Management’s supply chain resiliency objectives and category strategies
• Own Quality-related supplier qualification and onboarding requirements, including supplier assessments/audits, capability reviews, and quality agreements aligned to enterprise standards
• Partner with the Director of Supply Chain and the Director of Category Management to embed quality into sourcing decisions, category strategies, supplier selection, and change management, ensuring quality expectations are clearly defined, contracted where applicable, and verified
• Lead response to supplier-related nonconformances, including containment, disposition support, and corrective/preventive actions (SCAR/CAPA), ensuring timely resolution and prevention of recurrence
• Drive disciplined problem-solving with suppliers using root cause methodologies (e.g., 8D, A3) and verify effectiveness through validation and sustained performance monitoring
• Define and continuously improve incoming inspection and supplier control plans based on risk, historical performance, and critical-to-quality characteristics
• Ensure effective execution of supplier-related requirements within the enterprise Quality Management System (QMS), including supplier audits, approved supplier lists, and documentation/records control
• Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to support part qualification and changes (e.g., APQP/PPAP or equivalent), ensuring robust validation prior to launch or implementation
• Monitor and analyze supplier quality data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities; in partnership with the Director of Supply Chain and the Director of Category Management, communicate performance through supplier scorecards, business reviews, and escalation/governance routines as needed
• Engage with key supplier Quality executives and develop strategic relationships to ensure alignment with company objectives and prioritize performance improvements
• Build and develop high-performing supplier quality teams, strengthening capabilities in auditing, problem-solving, data analysis, and supplier development

Director, Supplier Quality

Recruitment

• Develops, facilitates, and manages all phases of the recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning through offer acceptance
• Partners with human resources colleagues and hiring managers to clarify position requirements, candidate criteria, and recruitment priorities
• Designs and executes effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates based on position requirements, labor market conditions, and organizational needs
• Sources active and passive candidates through multiple methods, including networking, outreach efforts, and talent pipeline development
• Screens and evaluates applicant qualifications, conducts interviews, and coordinates candidate interview processes with hiring teams
• Prepares and extends employment offers in collaboration with appropriate stakeholders and supports offer negotiations as needed

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Serve as the primary finance partner to the BU EVP and BU leadership team, co-owning BU financial outcomes and reinforcing a disciplined operating cadence.
• Bring strong manufacturing finance experience and ensure disciplined job/program-level financial visibility—owning job-level margin, cost-to-complete, and cash views, including project-system reporting and job WIP analysis—to support timely BU decision-making and accountability.
• Support the BU EVP in commercial activities including negotiation of customer/channel terms and pricing; provide quotation decision support through standardized margin and cash-impact analytics; and lead finance support for the BU strategic planning process through multi-year modeling, scenarios, and capital allocation trade-offs.
• Lead BU-level annual budget, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial planning, including scenario and sensitivity analysis and clear recommendations.
• Analyze and communicate BU results, performance trends, and KPIs; translate insights into actionable recommendations for BU leadership.
• Own standardized BU financial outputs for the enterprise cadence; prepare, consolidate, and submit required packages on schedule.
• Produce concise BU-level variance narratives (actuals vs. plan/forecast) highlighting root causes, leading indicators, and forward implications.
• Partner with Plant Controllers and the Operations Finance Director to ensure plant-level analytics, escalation items, and KPI packs roll up cleanly into BU reporting and decision forums.
• Lead financial evaluation of significant BU investments and initiatives (e.g., capital expenditures, restructuring, footprint changes) including feasibility and return/risk assessment.
• Own BU reporting tools, templates, and processes; drive improvements in efficiency, consistency, and scalability across planning and reporting workflows.
• Facilitate BU deliverables to Corporate Accounting and other stakeholders as needed, supporting audit and disclosure-related requests when applicable.
• Build and lead a high-performing BU finance team; attract, develop, and retain talent while instilling accountability and continuous improvement.

• Coordinates, schedules, and manages the daily activities within the Product Development Electrical Design team responsible for developing and creating parametric models and assemblies using CAD for various types of HVAC equipment—including conceptual designs.
• Supervises Electrical Designers with the help and collaboration of the Manager, Design and Design Engineers to ensure the timely completion of assigned projects.
