Lead end-to-end delivery of assigned initiatives and projects from planning through implementation and operational transition.
Translate strategic initiative intent into structured execution plans including scope, milestones, dependencies, and success measures.
Lead assigned enterprise initiatives, multi-workstream programs and projects from planning through delivery.
Build and maintain integrated delivery plans, milestones, deliverables, and execution rhythms.
Drive day-to-day execution across workstreams to ensure initiatives progress according to plan and deliver intended outcomes.
Ensure initiatives have clear scope, ownership, success measures, dependencies, and decision paths.
Hold teams accountable for milestone completion, deliverables, and execution commitments.
Monitor program health and proactively address risks, issues, blockers, and scope changes.
Escalate material risks, tradeoffs, and execution concerns to delivery leadership as appropriate.
Ensure assigned initiatives deliver agreed scope, timelines, and intended business outcomes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
8+ years of progressive experience in program management, project management, or delivery leadership roles, with responsibility for complex, cross functional initiatives.
Experience supporting enterprise transformation efforts, including digital modernization and process improvement initiatives.
Experience advancing delivery standards, tools, or practices within an organization.
PMP certification preferred.
Prosci Change Management Certification or equivalent change management experience preferred.
Ability to travel up to 10% for company meetings or planning sessions.
