About the role
- Lead client discovery sessions to evaluate accounting processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Implement and optimize Sage Intacct solutions using proven tools and methodologies
- Deliver reporting enhancements, system configurations, and workflow improvements
- Serve as a go-to Sage Intacct resource for clients and internal teams
- Partner across advisory, accounting, and tech teams to deliver high-impact solutions
- Build strong client relationships through clear communication and a solutions-first mindset
Requirements
- Sage Intacct certification and hands-on experience
- Strong accounting knowledge (nonprofit + grant accounting a plus)
- Experience managing projects, timelines, and client expectations
- Tech-savvy with a passion for improving systems and processes
- A collaborative, client-focused approach with strong communication skills
