About the role

  • The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for successfully executing all sales goals
  • Implementing strategic initiatives for business growth
  • Managing external sales representatives and direct sales activities for assigned region
  • Establishing sales objectives by creating a sales plan in support of national objectives
  • Maintaining and expanding customer base by building and maintaining rapport with key customers
  • Identifying new customer opportunities and developing new or existing sales distributors and reps

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Desired experience in technical industry
  • Sales channel creation and management experience
  • Comfortable presenting in a large group setting in person or via video conferencing
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably SalesForce
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a proactively diverse and inclusive organization
  • Excellent, proven interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
  • Effective problem – solving, quantitative and business analysis skills, as well as mediation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to share skills and knowledge with others
  • Proficiency with office computer equipment and software.
