About the role

  • Support the sales team’s efforts to meet and exceed revenue goals
  • Assist outside sales staff with sales and operational support
  • Coordinate, communicate, and process all sales-related correspondence and contracts
  • Maintain data integrity in CRM
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and respond to inquiries

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field
  • 1-3 years of professional work experience (preferably in the sales and advertising field)
  • Strong time management and organizational capabilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Access
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Strong interpersonal skills
