About the role
- Define and lead the enterprise business intelligence and digital analytics strategy, enabling data-driven decision making across digital, branch, telephone, and field service channels.
- Establish enterprise measurement standards that ensure consistent tracking of traffic, campaign performance, lead generation, and conversion across all digital platforms.
- Provide strategic leadership for analytics platforms, data frameworks, and reporting capabilities that support organizational insights and long-term growth initiatives.
- Oversee the development and governance of enterprise data infrastructure, including cloud-based platforms such as Snowflake, data architecture, data quality standards, and master data management.
- Lead and develop a high-performing analytics team responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive business strategy.
- Partner closely with business leaders, technology teams, and Information Security to ensure secure, compliant, and scalable data practices.
- Direct the development of enterprise dashboards and business intelligence reporting that enable leadership to monitor key performance indicators and strategic metrics.
- Drive digital experimentation and optimization initiatives, including A/B and multivariate testing, to continuously improve customer experience and digital performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing, Psychology, or a related analytical field.
- 10+ years of experience in analytics, digital strategy, or data-driven marketing.
- 5–8 years of experience in digital analytics, supporting digital commerce, customer journey optimization, or online sales performance.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and experimentation frameworks.
- 3–5 years of leadership experience, including managing analysts or leading cross-functional teams.
- Experience with enterprise analytics platforms, including Google Analytics (UA/GA4), Looker Studio / Data Studio, and/or Adobe Analytics and Experience Cloud.
- Experience with testing, targeting, and optimization platforms, such as Adobe Target, Optimizely, Google Optimize, or similar tools.
- Proven experience analyzing digital campaign performance across multiple channels, including display advertising, social media, and digital marketing platforms.
- Experience serving as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, translating complex data into strategic recommendations.
- Experience managing third-party vendor relationships, including vendor selection, negotiation, and performance oversight.
