Lead AAA’s Car Rental Program partnerships across multiple national brands
Manage partner performance across multiple national brands, ensuring strong results through active oversight of SLAs, KPIs, and program operations
Support strategic planning and business reviews
Conduct competitive research and lead key program events to advance continuous improvement and business development
Drive operational excellence and strategic alignment across one of AAA’s most visible travel programs

Requirements

8–10 years of program management or strategic relationship management experience
Demonstrated contract negotiation and partner management expertise
Strong financial and accounting acumen
Advanced program and project management skills
Experience in KPI development, forecasting, and strategic account planning
Strong executive presence and stakeholder influence skills
Proficiency in Tableau and Excel
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
Position requires approximately ten (10) percent travel.
