About the role

  • Design, implement and manage physical and logical network infrastructure for SDWAN, MPLS, VPN, and Azure using Meraki, Cisco, and Azure network infrastructure.
  • Ensure optimal performance and reliability of network systems across all locations including main office, branch locations, co-located datacenters, and Azure.
  • Oversee system monitoring across all infrastructure, including network, server and applications. Implement and utilize monitoring systems such as SolarWinds to ensure system health and performance.
  • Perform routine maintenance on network, Windows and Linux systems to ensure systems are being properly monitored.
  • Implement and maintain network security infrastructure and measures to protect against threats and vulnerabilities across physical network components and services with Azure.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
  • Participate as a backup resource for the server administration team providing support for Windows and Linux systems on Azure and VMWare technology.
  • Manage common Microsoft Active Directory services such as DNS, DHCP, Users and computers.
  • Participate as a backup resource in telephony related service design and support related to the design, integration of telephony related systems to our network and or applications.

Requirements

  • 3 years: Experience with deploying and maintaining system monitoring or management infrastructure
  • 3 years: Experience with designing, deploying, and maintaining cloud-based network and security infrastructure solutions; preferably in Azure.
  • 5 years: Experience as a Network system administrator responsible for maintaining Cisco, Meraki, and Azure networking infrastructure security.
  • Experience with Cisco IOS and Meraki SDWAN infrastructure in a multi-site enterprise
  • Experience with Firewalls and other network security related infrastructure and services
  • Experience with implementing and designing wired and wireless infrastructure in a corporate network
  • Experience with SolarWinds as a system monitoring solution
  • Familiarity with Microsoft AD/Windows server and Linux networking
  • Ability to travel to club office locations.
