About the role
- Serve Members by selling them Property & Casualty, Life, and Roadside Assistance insurance that meets their needs.
- Accountable for achieving assigned sales goals while providing an exceptional Member experience.
- Solicit new business, serve existing insured Members, and retain policies.
- Participate in promotions, events, marketing activities, and cross-sell all AAA insurance products.
- Conduct insurance reviews for clients to identify a range of suitable products.
- Establish rapport with the insured to enhance the member’s affinity to the AAA brand and increase satisfaction and loyalty.
- Proactively solicit and market to business and community events, perform outbound calling, and work marketing lists.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 2-4 years of relevant insurance industry work experience preferred.
- Currently possesses, or has the ability to acquire active and unrestricted state issued license(s) required to place property and casualty insurance.
- Strong sales skills with a history of effectively developing, tracking, following up on and closing leads.
- Advanced consultative selling techniques utilizing thorough product knowledge.
