About the role
- Oversee a team of scrum masters and coordinate across all product teams
- Ensure delivery processes are efficient and aligned with enterprise goals
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration to drive successful outcomes and delivery of projects
- Manage scrum masters across product teams to ensure effective delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 5 years leading, managing and delivering projects and/or programs
- Working knowledge of project leadership on multifaceted and increasingly complex projects
- 10 years of Technology Project related experience required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Agile Methodologies.
- PMP Certification preferred
