Consultant

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand requirements/design and translate those to applications in New Relic.
• Implement, configure, and optimize the New Relic observability platform to improve application and infrastructure performance and support business goals.
• Work with BAs & business to lead value and solution discovery workshops to deeply understand a client's business challenges and technical environment.
• Analyze performance data (transaction traces, metrics, logs, errors) to identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot problems, and provide recommendations for optimization to development and operations teams.
• Enhancing, troubleshooting, and maintaining existing Dashboards & alerts in New Relic
• Document application design, technical specifications, and deployment strategies in Jira & amp; Confluence.
• Build dashboards and reports using New Relic Query Language (NRQL) and configure alert policies to enable proactive monitoring and incident response.
