About the role
- Support daily publishing and community engagement across multi-brand channels while maintaining a consistent, on-brand voice
- Work closely with the Social Media Manager to execute social strategies and content initiatives across multiple brands
- Help build and scale influencer and UGC programs from the ground up, including outreach support, creator coordination, and content tracking
- Assist with influencer onboarding, creative direction, content requirements, approvals, and posting timelines
- Capture content in the field, during events, and with teams to help fuel always-on social storytelling
- Turn existing assets (podcasts, field footage, events, photos, influencer submissions) into high-performing short-form content
- Identify opportunities to integrate creator content and UGC into broader social strategies
- Write platform-native captions and light copy designed to drive engagement, trust, and action
- Design scroll-stopping graphics, thumbnails, and social visuals while maintaining strong brand consistency
- Use Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, or similar creative tools for editing, color correction, and creative refinement
- Test and iterate hooks, captions, thumbnails, and formats to improve performance and engagement
- Stay on top of trends, creator formats, and platform shifts, adapting them in a brand-safe way
- Schedule, monitor, and assist with reporting using tools like Sprout Social or Hootsuite
- Organize incoming content assets and maintain strong content libraries for repurposing and reuse
- Support workflow management through tools like Asana, helping keep projects organized and aligned across teams
- Collaborate cross-functionally with content, marketing, and field teams to ensure alignment between social, creator content, and brand goals
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of social media and content experience (agency or brand side)
- Experience working with influencers, creators, or UGC programs — ideally supporting execution or coordination
- Strong understanding of creator-led trends and how influencer content drives organic growth
- Hands-on experience capturing, creating, or editing social-first content
- High standards for content quality, brand alignment, and consistency
- Strong visual instincts with a performance-focused mindset
- Proficiency with design and editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, or similar platforms
- Ability to design polished, on-brand social visuals and thumbnails
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator) is a plus
- Experience with social media management platforms like Sprout Social or Hootsuite
- Experience supporting workflows inside Asana
- Basic video editing skills and strong media organization habits
- Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Organized, collaborative, and comfortable moving quickly in a high-output environment
