About the role
- oversees and manages Territory Managers
- handling their hiring, training, and performance reviews
- involves extensive travel to coach salespeople, meet key customers and end users, attend trade shows, and promote products
- Set sales quotas
- establishing pricing

- coordinate events with customers and TM’s
- communicating regional updates to company leadership & management
- Develop and implement territorial and regional pricing strategies to remain competitive and maximize profitability
- Responsible for preparing regional board reports to be submitted to the Vice President of Sales quarterly
- Exercise strong leadership and management skills in line with company policies and applicable laws
- Lead new product introductions and study market trends to support product development strategies
- Monitor and document competitors' actions and market activities
- Establish and manage sales quotas to achieve regional sales objectives
- Collaborate with vendors on purchasing and selling agreements to optimize inventory and product offerings
- Review and approve all Territory Manager’s expenses and budgets
Requirements
- Familiarity with CRM and Power BI is preferred
- Candidates must be aggressive self-starters who can work independently
- well-organized
- detail-oriented
- possess excellent communication skills
- Extensive overnight travel is required
- A four-year degree in business or a related field; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
