• handling their hiring, training, and performance reviews
• involves extensive travel to coach salespeople, meet key customers and end users, attend trade shows, and promote products
• Set sales quotas
• establishing pricing
• launching new products
• researching market trends
• tracking competitors
• coordinate events with customers and TM’s
• communicating regional updates to company leadership & management
• Develop and implement territorial and regional pricing strategies to remain competitive and maximize profitability
• Responsible for preparing regional board reports to be submitted to the Vice President of Sales quarterly
• Exercise strong leadership and management skills in line with company policies and applicable laws
• Lead new product introductions and study market trends to support product development strategies
• Monitor and document competitors' actions and market activities
• Establish and manage sales quotas to achieve regional sales objectives
• Collaborate with vendors on purchasing and selling agreements to optimize inventory and product offerings
• Review and approve all Territory Manager’s expenses and budgets
