• Lead and organize the technical operations of the ship
• Manage personnel tasks within your area of responsibility
• Ensure all deadlines for class confirmation/renewal are met
• Ensure the operational readiness of main propulsion and auxiliary systems as well as all ship and hotel-related technical systems
• Commission, operate, and monitor ship machinery systems
• Perform scheduled maintenance tasks
• Advise the captain on technical matters
• Prepare for dockyard periods
• Update technical documentation and maintain machine and oil logs
• Order fuel, lubricants, and necessary spare parts
• Ensure proper disposal of waste materials from ship operations
• Comply with environmental regulations within your area of responsibility
• Support the optimization of workflows and processes, and further develop the Quality Management Handbook
• Perform deck watch duties when the ship is docked

• Providing beauty consultations, scheduling appointments, and presenting and cross-selling the SPA services
• Developing and implementing SPA promotions to increase revenue
• Presenting the SPA offering to guests
• Conducting revenue analysis in cooperation with the Hotel Manager
• Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in SPA-ROSA
• Supporting the fitness area and other departments as needed
