About the role
- Performing and selling facial treatments and massages
- Providing beauty consultations, scheduling appointments, and presenting and cross-selling the SPA services
- Developing and implementing SPA promotions to increase revenue
- Presenting the SPA offering to guests
- Conducting revenue analysis in cooperation with the Hotel Manager
- Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in SPA-ROSA
- Supporting the fitness area and other departments as needed
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in cosmetology, including massage
- NiSV certificate (specialist qualification) desirable
- Additional certifications (e.g., Hot Stone Massage) are an advantage
- Professional experience in the cosmetics sector within the hotel industry or in a comparable role
- Very good command of German and English
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Organizational skills, strong communication skills, customer focus, teamwork, and flexibility
