• Manage a pipeline of families who have previously engaged with A Place for Mom and require continued guidance toward a move-in decision.
• Execute consistent, high-volume outreach across phone, text, and email to re-engage and advance families.
• Drive outcomes by moving families from tour to decision, including scheduling additional tours and providing new referrals when needed.
• Apply a structured follow-up cadence to maintain engagement and prevent pipeline stagnation.
• Build trust quickly with families, understand their needs, and guide them to the best-fit care options.
• Partner with senior living communities and care providers to coordinate tours, share feedback, and support move-in conversion.
• Maintain accurate, real-time documentation in CRM to reflect pipeline status, next steps, and forecasts.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and conversion expectations.
• Participate in ongoing coaching, call reviews, and training to continuously improve performance.

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for consumer-facing AI experiences — conversational agents, intelligent matching, automated guidance, and more.
• Prototype rapidly. Use AI coding tools and agent frameworks to validate ideas before writing specs.
• Define how AI agents interact with families across channels, designing for trust, accuracy, and helpfulness in a high-stakes care decision.
• Ship iteratively with engineering, using experimentation and data to learn fast and scale what works.
• Identify the highest-leverage opportunities where agentic experiences can improve family outcomes and business metrics.
• Design and run experiments to validate product hypotheses, with rigorous measurement of impact on conversion, engagement, and satisfaction.
• Stay ahead of the rapidly evolving AI landscape — evaluate new models, capabilities, and tools and translate them into product opportunities.
• Work closely with engineering, ML, and design to define technical requirements, evaluation criteria, and UX patterns for AI-powered experiences.
• Collaborate with marketing, and operations teams to ensure agentic experiences integrate seamlessly into the broader family journey.
• Communicate product vision, progress, and results clearly to leadership and stakeholders.

DevOps Engineer

• Incorporate A Place for Mom Values into each customer and co-worker interaction.
• Perform configuration, network, and application technical vulnerability assessments, identify vulnerabilities, validate their relevance, and work with teams to remediate them.
• Design and implement security solutions across infrastructure and applications to ensure "secure by default" principles are followed.
• Monitor, analyze, and respond to alerts from automated logging and monitoring tools, including AWS Security Hub, AWS Systems Manager, Cisco Duo Security, Endpoint protect and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools, like Alert Logic or Rapid7, including collaborate with DevOps teams to automate security practices, integrating security controls and checks into CI/CD pipelines
• Respond to security related requests, events, and incidents; perform triaging and investigation as needed; and provide the fixes as appropriate
• Analyze security threats, vulnerability assessments, and audit results to identify the root cause and recommend or implement security solutions that enable business objectives.
• Lead the development and enforcement of security standards, policies, and procedures, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
• Collaborate with other teams to support response efforts to security-related findings or concerns and drive to resolution.
• Analyze mean time to remediation, incident response times, and other security metrics and provide assessment reports.
