About the role
- Support the formulation and periodic review of the LTL network strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Sales, Finance, etc.) to ensure alignment and feasibility of expansion initiatives.
- Identify profitability improvement opportunities across operations, pricing, and network design.
- Assist in program management of profitability initiatives.
- Develop business cases and financial models to evaluate impact, ROI, and implementation feasibility.
- Support leadership in conducting comprehensive business performance assessments.
- Support MGF LT team in crafting narratives for internal and external communication.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Advanced or Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred
- 10+ years of experience in a related field
- Network design and optimization experience
- Travel is expected for 5-10% of time.
