About the role
- Drive and oversee the development and management of compliance solutions
- Ensure alignment with international compliance regulations and company policies
- Drive the creation of user-friendly, efficient, and effective compliance tools
- Coordinate the product strategy, focusing on compliance screening
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including compliance, IT, and business units
- Operate within the constraints of regulatory frameworks to ensure sustainable compliance practices
- Support the company's commitment to safe, compliant shipping practices
Requirements
- 8+ years' experience with managing international, cross functional projects
- Ideally experience and/or exposure with Sanctions and Anti-Corruption compliance
- Collaborative work style which fosters cooperation, teamwork, and stakeholder management
- Strong time management to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to communicate compliance requirements clearly to non-technical and technical stakeholders
- Ability to analyze data and situations to make informed decisions
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft365 suite, project management tools (Jira) and data analysis tools (SQL, Power BI)
- Experience with agile methodologies and product management
- Familiarity with system integration and API usage
- High integrity and personal ethics, professional in communication, ability to handle confidential information and sensitive situations
- Open minded and like to work in a diverse, international environment
