About the role

  • Active Sourcing (approx. 60%) - You independently identify and approach suitable candidates via LinkedIn & other channels, with a clear focus on conversion (no mass outreach)
  • You independently build talent pools and develop a strong sense for relevant profiles in e‑commerce and marketing
  • You manage follow-ups in a structured, data-driven way to optimize response rates
  • You work closely with the Head of Recruiting to continuously improve sourcing strategies
  • Candidate Management (approx. 40%) - You actively support candidates throughout the entire process—from initial contact to handover to the client
  • You conduct first screening calls and evaluate candidates against clear criteria
  • You assist in preparing candidate profiles and presentations for clients
  • You will take on responsibility for individual candidate processes early on and can have direct influence on placements
