About the role
- Active Sourcing (approx. 50%) You will search LinkedIn and other platforms to identify suitable candidates for our open positions.
- You will build and maintain our talent pools — working in a structured, conscientious way with attention to detail.
- You will reach out to promising candidates directly and follow up to keep them engaged.
- You will support the team with small reporting tasks and ensure no candidate falls through the cracks.
- Candidate Management (approx. 50%) You will guide candidates through the recruitment process — from first contact to offer acceptance.
- You will listen carefully, take candidates' preferences seriously and make them feel they are in good hands.
- You will assist with interviews, help prepare offers together with the team and always keep an open ear for candidates' concerns.
- You will help create the perfect match between candidate and company — or forward exciting candidates to the sales team.
Requirements
- You don’t need to be a pro — interest, motivation and enthusiasm for recruiting are enough.
- You are excited about recruiting, people and careers.
- You are communicative, open and enjoy proactively approaching others.
- You work in a structured and conscientious manner — even when things get busy.
- Prior experience is a plus but not required — ideal for a career switch into recruiting!
