About the role
- Active sourcing (50%)
- Fill the candidate pipeline for assignments with high potential
- Responsibilities: candidate research in LinkedIn Recruiter; management of pipelines and candidate pools in LinkedIn Recruiter and our internal CRM
- Initial outreach and follow-ups with candidates
- Reporting and communication to candidate management and project management
- Candidate management (50%)
- Ensure candidates in our processes and in our candidate pool feel well looked after and develop a positive impression of the placement process and A-LEVEL
- Responsibilities: communication with candidates who are actively in the application process
- Collecting and processing candidates’ wishes and needs
- Preparing, conducting, and evaluating candidate interviews
- Initiating, preparing, and finalizing job offers and contracts with candidates, and supporting our clients in this process
- Acting as the communication interface between companies and candidates
- Referring candidates to the Sales team if they drop out of the process and are suitable for other positions
Requirements
- 1–2 years’ experience as a working student/intern in recruiting – you are familiar with the processes and have practical experience
- Strong communicator & enthusiastic – you enjoy engaging with candidates and can excite them about new opportunities
- High empathy & people insight – you understand what motivates talent and can empathize with others
- Structured & independent working style – you organize efficiently and find pragmatic solutions
- Result-oriented & persistent – you follow through and remain calm under pressure
- Open & outgoing – you enjoy working with people and build relationships quickly
