About the role
- Provide information by phone to individuals and professionals on all areas of law
- Conduct legal research using our internal and external databases
- Identify and propose legal solutions tailored to specific legal issues
- Make determinations regarding clear refusals of contractual guarantees
Requirements
- Master's degree in private law or a specialization in social (employment) law or business (commercial) law
- Comfortable speaking and enjoys interacting by phone
- Client satisfaction is a priority, with strong listening skills and empathy
- Proficient with computers and common office software
- Enjoys working autonomously while maintaining a team spirit
- Successful experience in legal protection insurance or in a law firm is an additional asset
