About the role
- Ensure and enhance the performance of the team's scope of activity and drive its development
- Manage a team of legal advisors and ensure their competence and professional development
- Oversee initial training and maintain up-to-date training for the team
- Implement activity reporting for the team to be provided to the Head of Phone Customer Services
- Prepare and manage team schedules and rosters
Requirements
- Degree in Law
- Experienced legal professional with prior team supervision experience
- Expertise in legal protection is a plus
- Meticulous and well-organized
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Excellent communicator, able to lead and unite the team
- Proven success in team management
