About the role

  • Lead the social media strategy for the brands and solutions within the +A Educação ecosystem
  • Develop an editorial plan aligned with campaigns, launches and business priorities
  • Coordinate the overall content and campaign calendar across social channels with cross-functional areas such as commercial planning, editorial, media and CRM
  • Partner with marketing planning, content, events and product teams on integrated social and influencer initiatives
  • Lead influencer marketing strategy, overseeing execution together with the specialized agency responsible for operations
  • Coordinate influencer activations for launches, events and institutional campaigns
  • Manage relationships with creators, subject-matter experts and strategic partners
  • Define objectives, KPIs and performance metrics for social media and influencer activities
  • Ensure consistency of brand positioning, tone of voice and messaging across social channels
  • Monitor channel and campaign performance, proposing continuous optimizations
  • Keep up with social media and creator economy trends applicable to the education market
  • Present performance reports and analyses to internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related fields
  • Experience in social media planning and management
  • Experience in influencer marketing and creator management
  • Familiarity with editorial planning and digital campaigns
  • Experience defining and tracking social media KPIs
  • Knowledge of engagement, reach and conversion metrics
  • Experience collaborating with content, branding and marketing teams
  • Experience with social media monitoring and management tools (preferred)
  • Brand- and content-oriented strategic thinking
  • Creative mindset with business acumen
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives
  • Good communication and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical, performance-driven profile
