About the role
- Perform new-hire processes, including collecting and verifying documents, registering employees in systems, organizing contracts, and onboarding new team members;
- Support personnel administration routines, ensuring processes are accurate and up to date;
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files, keeping information accessible and well-structured;
- Provide support to employees by answering questions and assisting with HR procedures;
- Contribute to improvements in internal processes and to Personnel Department projects.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field;
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactivity;
- Good communication skills and an ability to work well in a team;
- Willingness to learn and develop in the HR area;
- Preferred: knowledge of hiring/onboarding routines and prior experience in Personnel Administration.
