  • Analyze business data and develop actionable insights to support process development and decision-making. (Beginner)
  • Conduct in-depth reviews of current systems and workflows, recommending alternative methods to optimize efficiency. (Intermediate)
  • Gather and organize information on operational problems and collaborate with teams to formulate sustainable solutions. (Intermediate)
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement cost-saving initiatives and performance improvement strategies. (Beginner)
  • Participate in research and development efforts related to new products, processes, and technologies. (Beginner)
  • Lead efforts to review, analyze, and refine business procedures, identifying opportunities for automation and standardization. (Beginner)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in business operations, or continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to break complex issues into manageable components.
  • Experience with performance monitoring, process development, and operations coordination.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with CI, Dev Ops, Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
  • Comfort working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
