About the role
- Own inbound/outbound leads flow for all U.S. based customers respond, qualify.
- Execute targeted outbound campaigns via calls, emails, and digital outreach.
- Run structured discovery calls to assess fit across the 908 Devices portfolio.
- Maintain accurate Salesforce data and coordinate with contract-vehicle/partner routes.
- Create and send quotes; track orders from quote through PO/process completion.
- Identify customer friction and escalate to Field Sales or Customer Success.
Requirements
- Salesforce, Sales Navigator, or similar CRM and modern sequencing tools proficiency.
- Excellent phone/email presence.
- Ability to obtain site access/badging as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Preferred: Fed/DOW background and/or sales exposure
