About the role
- Create detailed project plans with clear timelines and milestones by collaborating with Engineering, Product, Operations, and external stakeholders.
- Lead the execution of cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment between multiple teams, including Engineering, Operations, Product, and external partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project-related matters, ensuring all stakeholders, including non-technical teams, have a clear understanding of project progress and any roadblocks.
- Provide clear, concise, and accurate project reports to stakeholders and management.
- Guard against scope creep by maintaining a well-documented and agreed-upon project scope.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical project management, particularly in managing cross-functional projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong risk management and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating issues.
- Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders.
