Account Manager

• Own and develop strategic aerospace and aviation accounts in Northern Germany
• Build multi-level relationships across engineering, quality, manufacturing, procurement, operations and senior management
• Create and execute structured account plans, including stakeholder maps, opportunity roadmaps, revenue targets and next-step actions
• Identify new use cases and expansion opportunities for 8tree’s AR-enabled 3D surface inspection solutions across customer sites and business units
• Lead complex B2B sales cycles from first engagement through technical evaluation, demos, proposal, negotiation and closing
• Coordinate closely with technical, product and application experts to translate customer needs into compelling solutions
• Maintain a high-quality pipeline and provide clear reporting on account progress, risks, forecast, market feedback and competitive activity
• Represent 8tree professionally at customer meetings, trade shows, aerospace events and industry forums
• Support commercial contract discussions with attention to pricing, scope, terms, risk and long-term account potential
